Last Thursday at a meeting with Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver and his school overcrowding task force, Cathleen Black, the New York City School chancellor stated that perhaps NYC schools wouldn't be so overcrowded if New Yorkers started using...

So who is Cathleen Black exactly?

















Ms. Black began her career at Holiday Magazine and later worked for USA Today as both publisher and president.  In 1996 she became president of Hearst Magazine.  She also serves as a member of the board of directors of IBM and The Coca-Cola Company.

Hmmmm...Pretty impressive, Cathleen.  Only I don't see how a magazine background gets you a position in....uhhhhhhh....I don't know....


 















EDUCATION...And not just any position but The New York City School Chancellor?  Really?  Really?

Perhaps instead of birth control certain New Yorkers such as Mr Bloomberg and Ms Black should volunteer to off themselves to help alleviate some of the overcrowding in not just schools but in the city.
